GaTutor Zoom Guide

All tutoring sessions will occur within Zoom's secure online platform. To ensure safety and accountability, we record and securely save all sessions. This approach allows us to maintain the quality of instruction and provide a valuable resource for both students and guardians.

Points to note for Zoom

  • Students DO NOT need a Zoom account to join a tutoring session.
  • Sessions can be joined from a desktop application (Windows or Mac), mobile app, or a web browser.
  • Students can join tutoring sessions from a web browser without downloading/installing Zoom.
