Meet Quinn
Quinn has had a passion for literature her entire life. She began publishing her written works at age 13. Since then, she has been published 45 times across 31 different literary magazines. She also holds positions at multiple magazines, including Editor and Staff Writer. Her spark for literature only grew when she attended a program at New York University in the summer of 2025, where she honed her craft with like-minded individuals under the guidance of an NYU professor. She is actively working on publishing a collection of her pieces, which will be available on Amazon in 2026.
Quinn is deeply committed to her community, both in and outside of the classroom. She serves as 10th grade representative. As a member of the National Honor Society, she frequently volunteers.
Outside of the classroom, Quinn has worked for many years to achieve a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo. In her studio, she is a part of the leadership program, where she has learned skills applicable to all facets of life. She also practices archery as a member of the Junior Olympic Archery Team. She has earned multiple awards in competition.
When she was only 8 years old, Quinn and her mother started crafting jewelry. Their business began with them selling bracelets for charity. Enjoying the hustle, they decided to give it a name. Since then, Q Designs has grown tremendously. They have done over 75 festivals and are featured in many family-owned storefronts across Atlanta and Athens. Quinn commits her weekends to working at the festivals alongside her mother.
